Who this policy covers

This policy explains what happens to information you give to Reliable Tattoos through this website. It applies to the website only — information collected in person at the studio, such as consent forms and medical questionnaires, is handled separately under the studio's own record-keeping obligations.

What we collect

If you use the enquiry form we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message you type into it. Nothing else is taken from the form.

If you email, call or message the studio directly, we hold that correspondence in order to answer it.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, medical details, identification documents or payment information through this website.

Why we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry, arrange a consultation and manage your appointment. Your details are not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing, and you will not be added to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept only as long as they are useful for arranging and following up your appointment, then deleted. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time by emailing the studio.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from this domain rather than a third party, so no font provider receives your IP address.

If website analytics are added in future, this section will be updated to name the tool and explain what it records before it goes live.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email the studio and we will deal with it.
